National Anzac Centre recognised for Superior Service

The National Anzac Centre has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for Superior Service.

The Certificate of Excellence is based on the quality, quantity and timeframe of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.

To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, and the National Anzac Centre has a rating of five out of five.

Albany Heritage Park manager Matt Hammond said the certificate reflected the exemplary customer service delivered by the dedicated team of staff and volunteers at the Park. “The National Anzac Centre strives to deliver an experience of immense national importance for visitors and locals,” Mr Hammond said.

“The Centre is a cultural pilgrimage for Australians wishing to honour and remember the Anzac’s and we pride ourselves on delivering state-of-the-art experiences that reflect this.”

The Certificate adds to the myriad awards won by the National Anzac Centre in its first two years of operating.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are advised that this exhibition may include names, images, and references to people who have since passed away.
