Lighting the Sound

Across three weekends in March 2026, King George Sound will be illuminated in an immersive and meditative light experience.

The National Anzac Centre offers a unique vantage point for this spectacular display, with extended opening hours during this time. Find out more here.

The Princess Royal Fortress will come alive with the sounds of the past this April, as the fortress joins in on the Albany 2026 program.

​

Gun salutes will fire twice a day from the iconic 9-pounder gun, at 10:30am and 1:30pm on 7, 9, 14, 16, 21 and 23 April.
